The most recent addition to the Neverending Winter of 2007-08. Another foot of blizzard-driven snow fell yesterday on top of the eight or more feet we've already gotten this season. (Man, I can't wait until we retire, jump into our motorhome, and HEAD SOUTH.)
This is currently the view from our front door. Soon, there won't be a view. Another storm is due next weekend. See that hanging birdfeeder? There's a milk can standing at the base of the shepherd's crook. Somewhere.
This is the view from our back door. That's a deck railing. The white stuff is even with it.
Cabin fever skyrockets as county snow-removal budgets plunge.
Thank God for computers!

Oh man, I hate it when it snows that much because I have to shovel. But I still love how quiet it gets. Everything just seems to go silent and soft. I just love that and then plows come by and ruin it all. LOL
I always feel bad saying I live in sunny California, but wow, K.Z. don't know you'all handle the cabin fever.
No offence, KZ, but if I were you I would so be moving to someplace a tad bit warmer and with less snow. Good luck getting to your car!

I love the snow... but love it more when it melts!
Yikes, can you even open a door. Can't even remember the last time we had snow. I'm in England and you rarely get anything even settling in town, maybe an inch which'll turn to nice slippery ice.
Well, it's March now. Spring is coming...supposedly. You'd think those piles would have shrunk considerably.
Shrunk, yes. Considerably, no. The white crap keeps coming along with the bitter cold. (Hell, I'm not even sure where I live anymore! The Northwest Territories, maybe?) GRRRRR.
