Yup, the "chests in the sky." Nobody does them better than LI. ;-)

(Seriously, nobody does!)

I'm not seeing any of the promised dick, tho'...

Chris said...

Damn. Not enough body there for me to apply my Misadventures skillz!

Nice cover, though!

K. Z. Snow said...

Ah, the Dick. That would've been difficult for any artist to render.

You betcha, Chris. That was one of my criteria when I sent in the cover art request. :-D

Chris said...

"Absolutely do not use that guy with the weird belly button, but if you do, make sure you don't include enough of his body for identification!"

Chris said...

Hmm. Maybe I'm providing a service for cover artists - stop by the Misadventures before selecting your half naked stock photo guy to make sure he isn't already... overexposed. ;)

Awesome cover, KZ.

I dunno, Chris. If you were to troll through other Loose Id covers, you might just start finding some resemblances...

I'm pleased, Kris. Didn't even argue about it. :-)

But, but ... Sigh. No dick.

I love the colors, very nice.

Damn, my word veri is "exculte" would have been perfect for the other post.

If y'all read the book, you'll understand WHY there's no dick. mutterpervsmutter *sigh*

Very nice cover! Even without a dick on it. ;)

K. Z. Snow said...

Thanks, Lily. Nice to see somebody doesn't have her mind in the gutter.

If our minds weren't in the gutter, we might not want to read your books, KZ. C'mon down, we have Kahlua and leftover Peeps!

Chris said...

At the thought of Kahlua and Peeps, I threw up in my mouth a little. Thanks, Wren. :p

wren boudreau said...

I aim to please.

(But maybe you shouldn't think of them in the same sentence)

I love Peeps and Kahula. Just not together. (Whoa, got the sugar shivers thinking about that combo.)

But you know what? I'll bet coffee would be good with a Peep floating around in it, gradually releasing its high-octane sweetness. Too bad we've already devoured all our Easter candy.

I stopped at the drug store today and they had peeps 50% off. Didn't pick up any, though. Wasn't in the mood then. I hear they make great s'mores.

K. Z. Snow said...

S'mores might be another case of too much of a good thing. Sugar + sugar + more sugar + even more sugar. (Ew, got those shivers again.)

wren boudreau said...

Sorry, had to run to the dentist cause my teeth fell out.

Tam said...

Too much sugar? In which universe? Can't be done.

Although I detest peeps. Anything marshmallow. God awful texture.

Speaking of sugar, make this for your next dinner party. Strawberry Shortcut You'll fall into a diabetic coma immediately.

Gah! Tam! What the hell was that? Who were those people?
What were those people?

I made the mistake of clicking on Pickle Surprise as well. I have to go bleach my eyeballs now.

You have skillz beyond understanding.

Tam said...

My friend Josh introduced us to Pickle Surprise and this one as part of his Monday Muse series. Frightening. LOL But if they hadn't put the 7-up on that donut I think I would like it. LOL

wren boudreau said...

Yeah, the seven up was my first ew.

I just had an acid flashback.
