Breaking News

Coming Sept. 28 from Loose Id
Cover art by Anne Cain

AND, just got a new contract. Dreamspinner Press will be publishing my contemporary, precious_boy, in January. (Mongrel, as you may or may not recall, is coming from them in December. It's a steampunk novel.)

I'm currently working on another contemporary, Visible Friend, about a recovering drug addict.

Chris, now clean it up. Can't you see I spruced up my blog?

Yep, Katrina, she sure does. And thank you, babe. The feeling is mutual. :)

Oh oh oh that turned out well!

You are the epitome of prolific.

And congrats *picks up confetti Chris just cleaned and tosses it again, then runs away*

Wow, what's with all the confetti??

Oh yeah, it's celebration time for KZ and her fans. Congrats on the lovely cover and upcoming books.!! :)

Holy crap, Wren, that was a close call!

I've actually been a real slacker lately, easily distracted. I'm constantly telling myself, You airhead, stop screwing around and get back to work!

As I said, Val, there's surprising variety in the Coming Out offerings. Lee Benoit's story particularly intrigues me.

Thanks, Lily! My publishers have been very kind to me, and I'm grateful for that.

Just lovely. You've been visited by the gorgeous cover fairy quite a lot recently - lucky you!

Looking forward to this release :).

Gorgeous cover. I'll throw confetti over myself so you don't get testy. Yay for contracts. Looking forward to all of them.

Thanks, Jen and Tam. Yes, I've been fortunate. Can't go wrong with an AC cover.

Gah, I'm ridiculously fond of this story. I just hope we str8 gals don't catch too much flak for tackling the sensitive subject of coming out.

Tam, confetti becomes you. Very festive. Maybe you should wear it to work, too -- brighten up that drab government office.

You know, KZ, I think you've been really slack this year and need to start writing more.

Did you present your invitation at the door? I didn't think so.
