Thanks to Dark Diva Reviews

For this. From Helen of Sydney (yes, the one way down there).
For The Prayer Waltz.

I wouldn't have known this existed if it weren't for the Dreamspinner authors' group, so I thank them as well. (Google hasn't been too alert.)

There was one thing in particular Helen said that really touched me, because it was exactly the kind of reaction I was hoping for: "I felt a kind of peace settle around me as I finished the book." Reader reactions don't get much better than that for a story with a quiet voice. (Well, Tam's was pretty danged cool too! )

Yay you. 5 sexy girls. :-)

And thanks for the shout out but she said it much more eloquently than I did.

Have a great weekend.

Actually, yours meant more to me, Tam, since it was the first. There are other reasons too.

Thanks, Chris.

Must go bury myself in that ms. again.

I can see someone saying "I felt a kind of peace settle around me as I finished the book." about one of your books. I kind of felt that about Bastards and Pretty Boys,

By the way, I wanted to buy this book when it came out, but saw that Dreamspinner didn't have paypal on their front page as payment methods. Then, I couldn't find out what formats they offered their books in.

I finally bit the bullet and decided to create an account to buy your books and it turns out they do offer paypal.

While they/ you wouldn't have lost a sale because I just would have waited until it came out in Fictionwise or ARe, still it would be nice the info was easy to find because I was so resistant to sighing up with yet another epub and giving away CC info.

I wish they would have also posted what formats they offer. Was nice to find out they offer so many formats.

I'm glad I did bite it and go for it. And I bought Jude in Chains not even realizing that it's not out yet. LOL I'm such a ditz.

Thanks, Kris and Leah.

Yikes, L, sorry about the confusion at the DSP site. At least you got it figured out. But I'm confused: Was it even possible to buy Jude in Chains in advance, or did you have to put it on a wishlist or something?

That was a really sweet thing you said about my books, by the way. Thank you. A lot.

K.Z. Not your fault about DSP. It's just me griping/ wondering why epubs shoot themselves in the foot with hard to find info. But another topic for another day.

Yes, they charged me for it. I saw it, put it in the basket with The Prayer Waltz,. I kept wondering why there was no download link to JIC since TPW download link came right up after I paid. It took me a while cause I'm a ditz, but then I saw that it's not out until April. LOL

So yeah, they charged me for it already. Or it's on my paypal bill but not charged? I don't know.

Hm. I didn't know DSP allowed pre-orders. I've never attempted that.

Well, you'd better be able to get the download on April 14. If not, let me know. (And raise hell with them, too!)
